If you have ever felt rushed through an appointment, Kinetic Chiropractic was created to be the opposite of that experience.
Care here is built around time, attention, and actually understanding what is going on in your body.
Movement is the foundation of how I practice.
Chiropractic adjustments are a valuable tool, but they are just one piece of the puzzle. I also offer active rehabilitation, soft tissue work, and shockwave therapy when appropriate. When these are combined, people often see better and longer-lasting results.
I work with desk workers, athletes, weekend warriors, and people dealing with chronic pain. There is no pressure and no one-size-fits-all plan. The goal is simple. Help you move freely, live fully, and keep doing the things you love for as long as possible.
