McKay is a business leader, author, professor, and podcaster. He is currently the CEO of Thanksgiving Point Institute, which serves children in his local community. Christensen’s career began at Procter & Gamble after graduating with an MBA and MAcc from the BYU Marriott School of Business. He has held various other leadership positions in business including Director of Strategic Planning for Holiday Worldwide, President and Chief Strategy Officer for Melaleuca, Inc., C.O.O for KLAS Research and Managing Director, Advancement at BYU.
McKay earned a Ph.D. in Adult and Organization Learning and teaches business strategy at the BYU Marriott School of Business. He co-wrote Open Your Eyes published by Thomas Nelson- Harper Collins.
McKay and his wife, Jennifer live in Alpine, Utah. They have five children and seven grandchildren.
