The first set of speakers will focus on Building Business Resiliency. Through their research and deep experience working with leaders and companies, they will provide specific tools, practical business ideas and new perspectives for participants to implement in their own businesses and communities.
Our first presenter is Rudy Vidal, an accomplished speaker, author, and consultant with more than 25 years’ experience in guiding organizations to higher performance. He will be speaking on the topic below (check out his video HERE):
Leadership Clarity – A Road-map to Success, Post-Crisis
There will be two distinct groups of businesses coming out of the crisis; those that will emerge more competitive, and those that will emerge less competitive. Regardless of our situation, we have a choice to walk in one direction or the other. In this session of the Wolverine Power Hour, we will discuss the 5 main areas requiring action in order to emerge more competitive: Leadership Clarity, Employees Engagement, Customer Relationships, Supplier Partnerships, and Sales Optimization. You will leave the session with a meaningful list of actions you can take tomorrow to be more competitive on the other side.
